You will play a key role in the migration and redevelopment of an existing Data Warehouse into a modern AWS-based environment. - Design and document dimensional, analytical, and reporting data models aligned to business requirements and best-practice modelling standards.
- Design clear mapping specifications from source systems to target dimensional models.
- Perform testing, reconciliation, and validation of new models and pipelines to ensure data correctness and completeness.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and business stakeholders to ensure models support analytical, reporting, and operational needs.
- Support the wider project team with documentation, data lineage, definitions, and modelling artefacts.
- Contribute to improving modelling standards, governance, and data quality across the project.

- Strong understanding of data modelling principles (e.g., Kimball, dimensional modelling, analytical modelling).
- Proven experience delivering or contributing to a data warehouse build or migration project.
- Hands-on experience designing analytical and reporting data models.
- ETL/ELT development experience, including analysis of existing transformation logic.
- Strong SQL skills, comfortable writing complex queries for transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

- Experience with dbt for transformation modelling.
- Experience working within the Telecoms sector.
- Experience with AWS data platform services.
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools and how data models support downstream consumption.
