Job Description
As a Mid-Market Partner Development Consultant, you'll become a trusted advisor and the 'go-to' consultant for our top accounting partners, building strong relationships based on trust and advocacy. You'll have a knack for finding both quick wins and long-term strategies that help our partners grow their business, unlock new levels of efficiency and achieve amazing things for their clients. We're obsessed with our customers, and you will be too as we dive deep into their needs and fight for their success every step of the way.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- You're a growth expert responsible for growing, developing and managing Intuit's relationships with existing clients, accountants in mid-market practice. This includes; leveraging data to manage pipelines, developing deep relationships with clients and acting as a strong advisor.
- You're an exceptional communicator able to present to large audiences, deliver demos and webinars.
- You're a relationship builder tasked with building impactful relationships at all levels within the partner to drive Intuit's agenda throughout the organization.
- You're data-driven and actively use metrics to monitor performance, trends and risk management.
- You're a strategic advisor and innovate on the business model as appropriate, incorporating best practices from other companies and from within Intuit.
