Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert – CPA – Seasonal Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
- Excellent customer service skills and proficiency with video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong Pay For Performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location but is generally between $24.80 and $36.50 per hour. The role is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
