  • Zero-to-one product innovation: Take ownership of launching innovative product solutions that solve complex compliance needs and capture new market opportunities.
  • Customer-led design: Actively engage with customers through interviews, usability testing, and pilot programs to define and refine the product vision.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product development, design, go-to-market, and scrum teams to ensure successful execution of the roadmap.
  • Pilot program management: Partner with customers and agents in our early adopter programmes to test the product, gather actionable feedback, and resolve any issues alongside the team.
  • Execution at scale: Prioritise backlog tasks, manage day-to-day activities within the scrum team, and balance long-term strategic thinking with operational excellence.
  • Progress updates to leadership: Regularly report on project milestones, customer insights, and progress against KPIs to senior leadership, driving alignment and accountability.
  • Accounting software expertise: Leverage a background in accounting software to anticipate user needs, build workflows tailored to financial professionals, and deliver value through intuitive solutions.
  • Proven zero-to-one product launch experience: Demonstrated ability to bring innovative solutions from concept to market while navigating ambiguity.
  • Customer-focused mindset: Strong experience conducting customer interviews and leveraging insights to shape product strategy and execution.
  • Experience implementing detailed solutions for complex use cases (e.g., accounting, compliance, or financial software).
  • Expertise in delivering transformative mobile app experiences that delight and engage end users.
  • Background in accounting software or financial technology is highly preferred.
  • Skilled at cross-team collaboration: Proven ability to coordinate and align efforts across product, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Experience leading pilot programs or managing early-adopter testing, with a focus on resolving issues and driving impactful learnings.
  • Ability to prioritise ruthlessly and adapt quickly, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic thinking.
  • Leadership communication: Strong reporting skills with the ability to keep leadership informed of milestones, risks, and solutions.
