Location: Hayes, West London Salary: Competitive (circa £50,000+) Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent A well-established, values-led children’s residential care provider is seeking an experienced and committed OFSTED Registered Manager to lead a newly opened home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and complex needs. Role Highlights: * Lead the operational delivery of a new children\'s home * Ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and OFSTED standards * Foster a safe, high-quality, child-centred care environment * Oversee staffing, training, and performance management * Maintain robust safeguarding, care planning, and health & safety procedures * Be part of a 24/7 on-call rota Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 minimum; Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or working towards) * Eligible to register with OFSTED as a Registered Manager * Strong knowledge of OFSTED standards and children’s residential care legislation * Experience managing in a children’s residential setting * Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills * Ability to respond effectively to emergencies * IT literate and physically able for manual handling Desirable: * Full UK driving licence * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and take part in the on-call rota Apply now to lead a service that makes a lasting difference in the lives of young people
