Key Responsibilities Support passengers throughout their journeys, ensuring their safety and comfort
Assist passengers with disabilities or mobility difficulties when boarding and leaving the vehicle
Supervise and reassure passengers during transport
Work closely with the driver to maintain a safe and reliable service
Report incidents, safeguarding concerns or changes in passenger needs
Requirements Enhanced DBS
Ability to support passengers with mobility difficulties or additional needs
Understanding of the needs of children and vulnerable passengers
Patient, caring and reliable approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
Relevant wheelchair and disability awareness training , or willingness to complete the required training
Pay Rate £16.63 per hour
