About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Childrens Home Registered Manager to lead and inspire a residential team delivering high-quality, therapeutic care. This is an opportunity to manage your own home, build a strong staff team, and ensure children and young people receive safe, nurturing, and consistent support. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, maintaining compliance with regulations, achieving positive outcomes for young people, and driving a culture focused on quality, stability, and continuous improvement.

- Salary: £52,000 - £59,500 per annum
- Up to £18,000 in annual bonuses (paid quarterly)
- £5,000 relocation package available
- 224 hours annual leave, increasing to 248 hours after 4 years

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of a childrens residential home
- Ensure compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards
- Recruit, supervise, and develop a skilled staff team
- Promote a safe, therapeutic, and child-centred environment
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care delivery
- Manage performance, occupancy, and service outcomes
- Build strong relationships with professionals and stakeholders
- Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience within residential childcare
- At least 2 years experience supervising and managing staff
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- Proven record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
