About the Role

We are currently recruiting PCV Service Bus Drivers for a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity in the Swansea area. We are looking for experienced and professional bus drivers to operate local service routes, providing a safe and reliable service to passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving PCV buses on scheduled service routes
  • Providing a safe and reliable passenger service
  • Delivering good customer service
  • Completing duties in a professional manner
  • Following road safety and operational procedures

Driver Requirements

  • Valid PCV Licence (Category D)
  • Valid Driver CPC
  • Minimum 6 months' PCV driving experience
  • Maximum 6 penalty points on your driving licence
  • Must be over 21 years old for insurance purposes

Work Pattern

  • 40 hours per week
  • Full-time
  • Temp-to-permanent opportunity

Pay Rates PAYE

  • Monday Friday: £14.50 per hour
  • Weekend: £17.40 per hour
  • Bank Holiday: £19.15 per hour

PAYE + Holiday Pay

  • Monday Friday: £16.25 per hour
  • Weekend: £19.50 per hour
  • Bank Holiday: £21.46 per hour

Umbrella Assignment Rate

  • Monday Friday: £19.26 per hour
  • Weekend: £23.11 per hour
  • Bank Holiday: £25.43 per hour
