We are seeking a Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of a childrens residential home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care in line with Ofsted standards. You will work alongside the Registered Manager to lead the team, maintain compliance, and create a safe, nurturing environment for young people.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Registered Manager in daily operations and service delivery.
Lead and supervise the staff team, ensuring professional development.
Maintain compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards.

Requirements:

. Level 4 Diploma in Children & Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent).

Experience in a supervisory role within a childrens residential setting.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
