IntSol Care Personnel are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead the registration and ongoing management of a children's residential home in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager, or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up, to play a key role in registering and developing a new home. Hybrid working will be available during the registration phase, offering flexibility while the service is being set up.
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Ofsted registration process, ensuring compliance, and creating a safe, structured, and child-centred environment where young people can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Ofsted registration and setup of a new children's residential home
- Ensure compliance with Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted standards
- Oversee day-to-day management of the home following registration
- Recruit, supervise, and develop a committed staff team
- Take overall responsibility for safeguarding, care quality, and regulatory compliance
