Commercial Engineer - London & South East

Mobile Role | Full-time | Permanent | Mobile Role Salary: £47,500 – £55,500 per year * Overtime Opportunities Engineer Highlights: * Field-based role covering London & the South East * Full-time, permanent position * Monday to Friday schedule * Work on a diverse commercial portfolio (schools, offices, residential blocks) * Long-term career progression available * Immediate start available Pay Rates: Base Salary: £47,500 – £55,500 per annum Overtime: Available on evenings & weekends Requirements: * Gas Safe Registered with valid commercial gas certifications (e.g. CPA1, TPCP1A, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CODNCO1, CDGA1) * Full UK Driving Licence * CSCS Card (preferred) * Minimum 1 year plumbing experience (preferred) * Confident in welding, plumbing, and mechanical systems * Experience working in plant rooms, with heating distribution & ventilation systems * Strong communication and customer service skills * Reliable, professional, and proactive approach Key Responsibilities: * Maintenance, repairs, and installations of commercial gas systems * Routine mechanical maintenance on pumps, valves, heat exchangers, etc. * Work across schools, commercial offices, and residential blocks * Compliance and combustion servicing * Produce condition and dilapidation reports * Participate in the on-call rota Apply now and one of our recruitment specialists will be in touch to discuss the role in more detail
