Job Description
We are seeking professional and reliable Coach Drivers to join a leading transport provider based in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced drivers looking for secure, ongoing work with guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and a varied schedule including school runs, private hire, tours, and corporate transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of driving duties including school contracts, tours, event transport, and private hire bookings.
- Provide a professional, safe, and friendly service to passengers at all times.
- Complete journeys efficiently and punctually, ensuring a positive travel experience.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and adhere to all company and legal compliance requirements
Requirements
- Full Category D (PCV) Licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 2 years coach driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points on licence
- Enhanced DBS preferred (not essential)
- Flexibility to work early starts (from 5am) and late finishes (up to 8:30pm)
Pay & Benefits
PAYE Rates
- Weekdays: £17.00 per hour
- Weekends: £18.00 per hour
- Travel Allowance: £10 per shift
PAYE with Rolled-up Holiday Pay
- Weekdays: £19.05 per hour
- Weekends: £20.17 per hour
- Travel Allowance: £11.21 per shift
Additional Benefits
- Guaranteed 100 hours over a 2-week period (e.g. 40 hours week 1 = 60 guaranteed in week 2)
