We are currently recruiting experienced and professional Coach Drivers to join our growing team in Oxford on an ADHOC basis, covering local and European tours. If you are passionate about travel, safety, and delivering excellent customer service, this is the perfect opportunity to drive for a reputable operator in a flexible, rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate local and international coach services, including day trips and multi-day European tours
  • Provide a professional, safe, and courteous service to all passengers
  • Conduct vehicle checks and ensure the coach is roadworthy and clean before each journey
  • Assist passengers with boarding and luggage as required
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity throughout each journey
  • Follow all road transport and driver regulations (EU driving hours, tachographs, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Category D (PCV) licence and Driver CPC qualification
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience as a coach or bus driver (tour work preferred)
  • A clean licence (maximum 6 points – no DRs or INs)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work on an ADHOC schedule, including weekends and early starts
  • Smart, presentable appearance and a friendly, professional manner
