We’re expanding our dedicated team of Care Support Workers to provide compassionate, person-centred care across London and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping older and vulnerable individuals live independently, with dignity and joy in their day-to-day lives.
Salary & Benefits:
- £14 - £15 per hour
- Paid holiday and sick leave
- Pension scheme
- Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm companionship and meaningful engagement
- Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Support with meal preparation and ensuring healthy nutrition
- Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and social visits
- Assist with housekeeping tasks and maintaining a clean environment
- Administer medication as needed
- Carry out regular well-being checks
Requirements:
No formal care experience is required – full training is provided. We’re looking for warm, reliable individuals who are passionate about making a real difference.
