We’re expanding our dedicated team of Care Support Workers to provide compassionate, person-centred care across London and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping older and vulnerable individuals live independently, with dignity and joy in their day-to-day lives.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £14 - £15 per hour
  • Paid holiday and sick leave
  • Pension scheme
  • Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm companionship and meaningful engagement
  • Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Support with meal preparation and ensuring healthy nutrition
  • Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and social visits
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks and maintaining a clean environment
  • Administer medication as needed
  • Carry out regular well-being checks

Requirements:

No formal care experience is required – full training is provided. We’re looking for warm, reliable individuals who are passionate about making a real difference.

You must:

  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have a good level of English (spoken and written)
