About the Role
IntSol Recruitment is currently hiringexperienced Bus Service Driversto join a leading UK bus operator in theHigh Wycombearea.
This is afull-time positionofferingguaranteed hours, excellent pay, and a relocation allowancefor drivers moving closer to the depot.
Youll be responsible for deliveringsafe, reliable, and friendly bus servicesacross the local network. Withlong duties, overtime options, and weekly pay, this is the perfect opportunity for experienced PCV drivers seeking asecure and rewarding role.
Pay & Benefits
PAYE:
- Weekday:£15.50 per hour
- Weekend:£16.00 per hour
- Relocation Allowance:£171.52
PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday Pay:
- Weekday:£17.37 per hour
- Weekend:£17.93 per hour
- Relocation Allowance:£192.22
Immediate starts available weekly pay relocation support included.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate local bus services safely and efficiently across Buckinghamshire routes.
- Provideexcellent customer serviceand a positive passenger experience.
- Keep to scheduled routes and maintain punctuality.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and operational policies.
Requirements
- ValidUK PCV (Category D) Licence
- ValidCPC Qualification Card
- Minimum 1 yearprofessional bus driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points(no TT99, DR10, or CD offences)
- Full flexibilityfor weekday and weekend shifts
- Friendly, professional attitude with focus on safety and service excellence
