IntSol Recruitment are seeking experienced Bus Drivers for a full-time role in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers within commutable distance who are fully flexible and available for full-time work. Shifts are typically 10 hours daily, with guaranteed minimum pay and competitive rates.
Responsibilities:
- Drive buses safely and professionally on scheduled routes
- Deliver excellent customer service to passengers
- Complete daily vehicle checks and follow company/legal standards
- Work full-time shifts across 5 or 6 days per week
Requirements:
- Valid UK PCV Licence & Driver CPC
- Minimum 18 months bus driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DRs, CDs, or TT99s)
- Full flexibility across shift times (including early starts from 5am)
- Living within 1 hour commute of Aylesbury depot
Pay & Benefits:
- PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday Rate
- Weekday: £18.66 per hour
- Weekend: £19.33 per hour
- Bank Holiday: £20.73 per hour
- Daily Travel Allowance: £10.78 (for drivers commuting 10+ miles)
Additional Benefits:
- Guaranteed 10 hours minimum daily
- Free parking at depot
- Earliest start: 5:00am
- Last bus return: 22:30
- Average start time: 6:00-7:00am
- Average finish time: 19:00-20:00
