We are currently recruiting experienced Bus Drivers / PCV Drivers (CAT D) to join a professional and well-established operation covering school runs and local routes. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking guaranteed hours, competitive pay rates, and consistent weekday work.
What We Offer
- Guaranteed minimum hours (T&C's apply)
- School Run Drivers: Minimum 6 hours per day
- Morning: 06:30 - 09:30
- Afternoon: 14:30 - 17:30
- PCV Drivers: 8-12 hours per day
- Monday to Friday work
- PCV Drivers required to complete at least 1 Saturday per month
- Simple onboarding process
- Brief interview
- 20-minute driving assessment
- Route learning (maximum of 1 route)
- Long-term, ongoing work

Pay Rates
- PAYE: £16.20 per hour
- £18.16 per hour (rolled-up holiday pay)
- Umbrella: £21.06 per hour
Driver Requirements
- Minimum 1 year bus driving experience
- Full CAT D (PCV) licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Enhanced DBS (required for all drivers)
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- Availability Monday to Friday
- A professional, reliable, and safety-focused approach
