About the Role:
We are excited to be recruiting for a360 Recruitment Consultantto join a brand-new health and social care recruitment venture, based in our new Ealing office. This is a key role for an experienced consultant ready to take the lead on high-value clients, mentor junior team members, and drive growth within a highly rewarding and essential sector.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong track record in health and social care recruitment who is ready to step up, take ownership, and be part of building something from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver full-cycle (360) recruitment within thehealth and social care sector
- Manage and grow relationships withcare providers, supported housing services, andpublic sector organisations
- Drivenew business development, lead generation, and account management
- Source, screen, and place candidates across a variety of care settings
- Provide support, mentoring, and leadership to junior consultants
- Maintain high compliance standards (DBS checks, right to work, training, etc.)
- Achieve and exceedbilling targetswhile maintaining quality and integrity
- Actively contribute to the growth strategy and culture of the new venture

- Proven success in billing, client delivery, and building long-term partnerships
