About the Role

We are recruiting full timeexperienced PCV / Coach Drivers for full-time positions operating coach services in the Worthing and Fareham areas.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Bus Drivers with little or no coach driving experience, as additional in-house training and support will be provided where required.

The role offers a minimum of 8 hours per day, overtime opportunities and pay from sign-on to sign-off.

Pay Rates

Weekdays

• PAYE: £17.45 per hour
• PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday Pay: £19.56 per hour

Weekends

• PAYE: £18.50 per hour
• PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday Pay: £20.73 per hour

Daily Travel Allowance:

• Standard: £13.40 per day
• Including Holiday Pay: £15.02 per day
• Available to drivers based more than 10 miles from the Worthing depot

Hours & Benefits

• Full-time hours with flexible shifts

Requirements

• Valid PCV Category D driving licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years' bus driving experience
• Maximum 6 points on driving licence
• Full flexibility with working hours
• DBS check required (can be arranged through us)
• Pre-employment medical during onboarding
• Must live within 1 hour of either depot
