- Support residents to access education, work, and community activities.
- Keep records and report any issues or incidents.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the home is safe and welcoming.
- Work on a rota, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
Qualifications
- Caring and patient personality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible with working hours.
- Experience in care is helpful but not essential (training provided).
- Right to work in the UK.
