Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Support residents to access education, work, and community activities.
• Keep records and report any issues or incidents.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the home is safe and welcoming.
• Work on a rota, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Qualifications

• Caring and patient personality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible with working hours.
• Experience in care is helpful but not essential (training provided).
• Right to work in the UK.
