Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs? We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the operational delivery of a brand-new children’s home in Hayes.

About the Role:

As our Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and child-centered environment. You’ll lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care, in line with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational delivery of a newly opened children’s home.
  • Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted requirements.
  • Drive a high-quality, child-focused care environment prioritising safety, development, and wellbeing.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop your team, including rotas, appraisals, supervisions, and training.
  • Oversee safeguarding.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership.
