As a Thematic Assurance Specialist at Intrum, you will play a key role within our Risk & Compliance Department, reporting to the UK Head of Assurance. You'll be responsible for supporting the implementation of the UK Assurance framework across both internal operations (including AMS/BPO clients) and our external Partner Network. -
Conduct high standard internal and external reviews, including due diligence on new third-party suppliers and servicing partners, focusing on regulatory compliance, operational risk, and delivering good customer outcomes.
-

-
Maintain up-to-date regulatory knowledge (e.g. FCA, ICO, CCA, OFCOM, LSB) and support adherence to key frameworks, including SYSC, SMCR, CONC, MCOB, DISP, Consumer Duty, Financial Crime, and Operational Resilience.
-
Build and manage strong internal and external relationships, attending relevant meetings (e.g. call calibrations, customer journey reviews) to provide second-line support and assess regulatory compliance.
-
Support risk-based oversight through meaningful MI, prioritise workload effectively, and demonstrate a culture and values that align with the UK vision and strategy.
-
Devoted to the FCA principle of Consumer Duty; by ensuring we are driving good customer outcomes across all aspects of services that have potential to impact our customers.
What we're looking for:
-

-
Proven ability to build relationships with internal departments and clients.
-
