To support this ambition, we are investing in a number of newly created Senior Enterprise Sales Manager roles—designed for experienced sales professionals who want to shape opportunity, influence strategy, and play a defining role in our continued success.
We are building trusted partnerships with leading UK organisations and strengthening Intrum’s position as a strategic partner of choice in a rapidly evolving market. To deliver on this ambition, we are expanding our enterprise sales capability and creating a number of newly established Senior Enterprise Sales Manager roles. This investment is designed to increase our reach across priority sectors and deepen the quality and impact of our client relationships.
We are looking for a strategic, consultative enterprise sales leader who can operate confidently across complex organisations in sectors such as Banking, Telecoms, Utilities and Insurance. We are primarily focused on your ability to lead complex B2B sales engagements, build trusted senior relationships, and deliver outcomes across sophisticated, multi-stakeholder environments.
In this high-impact role, you will work closely with senior decision-makers to shape solutions, influence commercial direction, and deliver meaningful outcomes for both clients and Intrum. These roles can be based in Manchester, Glasgow or Reigate, with regular client travel and hybrid working flexibility.
What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales across Intrum’s B2B service and solutions portfolio
- Identify, develop and convert high-value opportunities across key sectors
- Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
- Shape and deliver compelling, insight-led proposals and ROI-driven presentations
- Partner with internal teams to design tailored client solutions and ensure seamless delivery
- Own and manage a strong pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Represent Intrum externally at industry events and support market presence and reputation
- Operate in line with FCA Consumer Duty principles, ensuring strong customer outcomes are embedded in all client solutions
- Proven track record in winning and growing complex enterprise accounts within B2B services, BPO, technology-enabled services or similar environments
- Strong experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
- Able to manage long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong record of brokering and closing high-value commercial deals
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) for pipeline and forecasting
- Consultative, insight-led sales approach with strong communication and relationship skills
- Awareness of working within structured or regulated environments, with experience advantageous but not essential
- Growth mindset and appetite to develop while contributing to how we evolve as a business
