I'm working with a fast-growing, trend-led online fashion brand that's making serious waves across TikTok and Instagram. With a loyal UK customer base and strong community roots, they’re now investing heavily in scaling their TikTok Affiliate Creator Program and looking for a smart, creative Affiliate Manager to lead it. You’ll be responsible for building and owning the affiliate strategy from the ground up. If you’ve got experience working with TikTok creators, a strong eye for content, and a proven record of delivering performance-driven results, this is your chance to make a big impact in a high-growth, fashion-forward brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Launch & Scale the Affiliate Program: Design and execute a creator-first affiliate strategy that drives conversions and visibility on TikTok.
- Creator Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify and recruit a mix of high-potential creators—from rising stars to micro-influencers—that align with the brand’s audience.
- Relationship Management: Build lasting partnerships with creators, ensuring they feel supported, motivated, and aligned with brand goals.
- Campaign Briefing & Activation: Deliver creative briefs, product samples, discount codes, and support to help creators deliver high-impact content. Run creator campaigns, competitions, and reward schemes.
- Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Use affiliate platforms and TikTok analytics to monitor performance (traffic, ROAS, conversions) and iterate on strategy.
- Collaborate Cross-Team: Work with the wider marketing team to align creator content with launches, promotions, and campaigns.
What You’ll Need
- 1–3 years’ experience in affiliate, influencer, or social media marketing, ideally with TikTok creators.
- Track record of running successful affiliate or influencer programs that drive real results.
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, content formats, and what makes creators succeed.
- Data-driven and confident working with performance metrics.
