Responsibilities
- Produce in-depth research and analysis on M&A events for professional investors.
- Develop clear, well-reasoned insights through independent research.
- Monitor ongoing M&A developments and incorporate new information into research coverage.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our research, data, and analytical tools.
Requirements - Must have
- Previous experience working on M&A events.
- Strong drive and ambition, with a sense of ownership and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Clear written communication and the ability to explain complex information concisely.
- Structured thinking, sound judgement, and the ability to prioritise what matters.
- Comfortable working under time pressure and with incomplete information.
- Quantitative fluency, including basic probability, compounding, and scenario analysis.
- Strong academic performance.
Requirements - Nice to have
- Experience with analytical tools such as Python, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Experience using AI tools to support research and analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory filings and primary-source research.
- Additional language skills, particularly European languages.
