Job Summary
We seek an individual who can demonstrate engagement with the contemporaneous challenges within the built environment, sustainability and energy efficiency. Someone who is eager to be part of a team that brings betterment and change across the industry. The successful candidate needs to be knowledgeable of and self‑organised in keeping abreast of developments in regulations included in this is participating in seminars and/or professional associations, attend trade shows relevant to company’s interests. Prepare complete packages of tender information. Monitor and report on the quality and progress of work on site. Conversant with relevant and up to date codes of practice and standards. Technical review reports prior to internal review.
People: Work within Team environment and be able to instruct and lead mechanical design delivery teams and Revit co‑ordinators in their work as it relates to the project and support staff in their work as it relates to the projects under the Senior Engineer’s control. Provide and manage project/team specific activities and assist in developing project action plans and design programmes. Manage projects to achieve Client satisfaction and profitability targets. Understand workload forecasting as new projects are secured.
Marketing: Identify new work opportunities with Client and other professionals.
Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical engineering / Building Services Engineering / or other relevant design.
