Job Summary

Support project delivery by providing design input across disciplines, communicate effectively with team members and clients, and contribute to the company\'s reputation for building services excellence. Graduates will rotate through mechanical, electrical, sustainability, fire, and public health disciplines.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Prepare detailed design drawings suitable for clients and contractors.
  • Manage project documentation and communicate technical points effectively.
  • Perform calculations and select equipment in line with company standards.
  • Compile tender packages and design engineering systems.
  • Use software like AMTECH, Dialux, Revit, and environmental analysis tools.
  • Develop sustainable design concepts and models.
  • Attend site meetings and surveys, monitor project progress.
  • Prepare budgets and ensure designs meet financial targets.
  • Work within teams, support professional development, and contribute to company growth and sustainability initiatives.

Outputs

  • Deliver accurate and timely work that meets quality standards.
  • Enhance knowledge and maintain CPD records for professional development.

Key Skills

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Interest in sustainability and proficiency in MS Office, CAD, Revit, and environmental software.
  • Knowledge of BREEAM, LEED, Passivhaus, WELL standards is desirable.
