An international-market-leading manufacturer of high-specification fluids is recruiting. This company produces a range of high performance, premium products for a diverse and interesting range of industrial applications. They are enjoying continued busy times and are looking to recruit a Sales Representative to strengthen their territory Sales team. This is a development opportunity, working closely with an existing Sales Representative, where knowledge and experience will be passed on in-line with responsibility for the territory.

Summary of the Sales Representative role:

  • Territory-based role looking after the South West of England, developing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and customer visits.
  • Working closely with existing Territory Sales Representative to grow and develop circa 30 existing customer accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building.
  • Arrange and attend regular face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their operations, challenges and application requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline activity and sales performance within a CRM system.
  • Build strong product, application and market knowledge to confidently pitch technical solutions and add value to customers.

  • Sales / Account Management (internal or external) experience ideally gained from a technical market.
  • Self-managed and motivated, with a desire to learn and make a real difference.
