Sales Administrator in Stafford

SALES ADMINISTRATOR STOKE ON TRENT FULL TIME HOURS 8.30AM – 5PM MON/FRI SOME HOME WORKING AVAILABLE AFTER TRAINING PERIOD PERMANENT £28K THE ROLE
Providing timely response to customer enquiries using via email and telephone Receipt of customer order and inputting accordingly Issuing of invoices and other supporting documents Maintenance of usage reports including transaction reporting Accurate entry of data into all company in-house CRM systems and maintaining the integrity of records Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience within a sales, logistics or supply chain support function is desirable Strong written and oral communication skills are essential in order to respond to all customer enquiries in a professional manner. Strong IT skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite Experience of inputting data quickly and accurately Strong attention to detail Applicants will need access to their own transportation due to the location of this role.
