The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 Β£ per year.

Utilising management system policies and procedures, including risk assessment, accident prevention, health initiatives and acknowledged personal responsibility.

Ensuring that Process safety risks are adequately assessed and controlled.

Providing EHS approval for new and revised Safety Critical Standard Operating Procedures across all operations areas including Engineering.

Promote minimisation of waste and waste costs.

Establish and maintain EHS procedures and standards and to provide training to members of the Leadership Team as is appropriate.

Maintain new starter and contractor induction packs and to participate in contractor assessments and approvals.

Establish, maintain and monitor the site performance to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Support management and leadership in identifying EHS training needs.

Interface with Regulators, contractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure compliance.

Qualified to NEBOSH National General Certificate.

Expertise in current Health / Safety & Environmental Legislation.

Practical application of Environmental, Health & Safety and Waste legislation.
