We are currently looking for up to 8 Painters near McCarthy Glen shopping centre. The job involves the following tasks:
- Crack filling as needed.
- Painting dirty marks.
- Applying one coat of paint if not damaged.
- Two coats of grey paint on one wall, which is currently red.
Details of the areas to be painted:
- Premium bedroom (slightly bigger) - 80
- Standard bedroom - 70
- Furniture already in place: bed, desk, shelf, curtains (pulled back and tied up).
- Three jobs a day available, with 5 clusters and 8 clusters available.
- Corridor - 120: includes ceiling, walls, wood, and door frame on one side; lobby on one side; skirts with one coat in different colours - 1.5 jobs a day.
- Small lobby off staircase - 5 door casings, walls, ceilings - standard lobby - 90: 5 door casings, 2 jobs a day, walls and ceilings with one coat.
- Kitchens: wallpaper not to be touched, ceiling, 1.5 walls, one coat, 1 door frame, 2 window sills, skirts - 1.5 jobs a day.
Start date: 20th July. Clusters available after initial clusters. Must have CSCS card.
