What You’ll Do
- Lead a small team delivering commercial solar and lighting projects
- Plan and organise site work, including materials, equipment, and workforce
- Carry out pre-start surveys and oversee installation designs
- Maintain compliance with health & safety and CDM regulations
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and the installation team
About You
- Fully qualified electrician (ECS Gold Card, 2391 Test & Inspection)
- Experience in commercial solar installations
- Previous leadership or people management experience
- Strong focus on quality, compliance, and excellent client service
