A highly respected and growing privately-owned engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer / Associate Director to play a key role in the continued growth and leadership of the business. The Role
You will lead and manage structural engineering projects across a diverse portfolio, working closely with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders while helping to shape the future direction of the business. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading structural design and delivery across multiple projects
- Managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and technicians
- Overseeing technical standards and project quality
- Working collaboratively with civil and BIM teams
- Supporting business growth and contributing strategically at senior level
Projects are varied and include work across commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
About You
- Degree qualified in Structural Engineering or similar
- Chartered Engineer status preferred (or working towards)
- Strong background in structural design and project delivery
- Experience managing clients and leading teams

- Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
