Site Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven, dynamic site manager to get into a long term contract or look at a temp to perm option if preferred. The site is a large new build housing site that is at very early stages of site clearance and groundworks therefore they are ideally looking for a manager who has strong experience og this stage of the project although you will need to be anble to manage the full build process. Candidates Should Have *New build housing experience – ideally design and build * Strong Groundworks experience *SMSTS *CSCS *First Aid *Work History of managing sites from inception to completion with multiple packages of works.
