This high-profile development is transforming a historic site into a premium mixed-use destination, including luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare spaces.
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join the project delivery team on a permanent basis. This is a rare opportunity to be involved in a multi-phase, heritage-led scheme with real long-term career potential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, tender documentation, and final accounts
- Oversee subcontractor procurement and payment processes
- Monitor project progress and maintain financial control
