This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to help deliver a stand out project in the Manchester skyline.
The project is 38 storeys high with a value of £105 Million. It comprises bedrooms and communal areas.
Suitable candidates will be overseeing the whole project as number one with a visiting Project Director.
Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in:
- Strong RC frame and high-rise experience over 20 storeys,
- Crane and hoist knowledge and worked with these on site,
- Fast track Bathroom pod and internal fit out,
- All round good construction knowledge.
Any exposure to unitised facade systems would be beneficial but not essential.
You will need to be client facing and a strong manager with circa 10 reports on this project.
