Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering £10m+ construction projects? We're recruiting for a well-established main contractor seeking a highly organised, structured Project Manager to lead a major cladding remediation project in Manchester. This is a flagship scheme requiring an individual who can confidently manage both the design process and the construction programme from start to finish. This is not a role for someone who simply manages site activities. We are looking for a Project Manager who is commercially aware, programme-focused and capable of driving a complex project through to successful completion. The Role * Lead the delivery of a major cladding remediation project valued at circa £10m. * Take ownership of the project programme, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved. * Manage and coordinate the design process, ensuring information is released in line with programme requirements. * Oversee façade and cladding packages, coordinating specialist subcontractors and consultants. * Manage site teams, subcontractors and client relationships. * Chair progress meetings and provide clear project reporting. * Ensure the highest standards of quality, health & safety and programme performance throughout the project lifecycle. * Drive projects through to a successful, defect-free handover. Essential Requirements * Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline. * Proven experience delivering construction projects valued at £10m+ as a Project Manager. * Strong knowledge and experience managing façade/cladding packages. * Excellent programme management skills * SMSTS. * Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. * A structured, organised approach with exceptional planning ability.
