An established contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £6m façade remediation scheme in Hull. This is a key hire for a technically strong construction professional with a proven track record delivering façade, cladding, remediation or external envelope packages, either as a standalone scheme or as part of a larger main contract. The successful candidate will take responsibility for programme, site delivery, subcontractor management, health & safety, quality control and client liaison from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the safe and successful delivery of a £6m façade remediation project in Hull
- Manage day-to-day site operations from mobilisation to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour and materials across all façade and remediation works
- Drive programme performance and ensure works are delivered on time and to budget
- Oversee health & safety, RAMS, compliance and site standards
- Manage quality assurance, inspections, ITPs and technical compliance
- Chair progress meetings and maintain clear communication with client, consultants and supply chain
- Monitor cost performance, variations and project reporting alongside commercial teams
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, programme delays and technical issues
- Ensure smooth project close-out
