If you're ready to embark on a rewarding journey with MCR Property Group and contribute to our mission of creating enduring value in the property market, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Pricing materials and plant at tender stage for new projects and supplying accurate and competitive cost information to the wider project team.
- Identifying, sourcing, and building strong working relationships with reliable suppliers, creating and maintaining a robust database of preferred vendors while ensuring key relationships are effectively managed.
- Working closely with the accounting function to place material purchase orders and manage associated invoices.
- Supporting other departments by assisting with procurement queries and packages to help identify potential cost savings.
- Engaging in both direct and indirect procurement, with opportunities to suggest and implement improvements to systems, processes, and overall efficiency.
