Salary: Β£30,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements:
- Genuine interest in private equity, venture capital and investing
- Strong aptitude for systems, technology and data, with an interest in understanding and improving how things work
- Careful with data, able to spot inconsistencies and investigate underlying issues
- Confidence with Excel and interest in developing skills in Python, SQL, Power BI or automation
- Interest in practical applications of AI in an investment business
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Curiosity, organisation and willingness to take responsibility early in a career
- A bachelors degree is required; the application asks whether candidates have a degree in Computer Science, Maths, Economics or Finance
- One year of systems analysis experience is required
- United Kingdom work authorisation is required
- Previous experience with CRM, reporting or data systems is helpful; we also welcome candidates who learn new technology quickly
- Reliable commuting to Manchester or plans to relocate before starting are preferred

- Take ownership of our core investment systems, including CRM and portfolio reporting platforms
- Improve data quality and produce reports and dashboards
