In this role, you’ll design and sell bespoke itineraries that reflect Intrepid’s commitment to Sustainable, Experience-Rich Travel. You’ll work closely with our DMC partners, suppliers, and travel agent partners to ensure competitive pricing, timely confirmations, and high-quality service standards. You’ll support direct travelers, co-branded partners, and travel agents across the UK and EU, helping create journeys that truly stand out. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone with a strong background in travel sales or customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating personalised, memorable experiences. You’ll be confident juggling multiple priorities, responding to leads across phone, email, and live chat, and ensuring every itinerary is booked accurately and efficiently. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role, based in London, with an expectation to be in the office 2 days per week. During the initial four-week training programme, you will be office-based full time to benefit from classroom-style learning and peer shadowing.

Responsibilities

  • Design and sell bespoke itineraries reflecting Intrepid’s Sustainable, Experience-Rich Travel approach.
  • Collaborate with DMC partners, suppliers, and travel agent partners to ensure competitive pricing, timely confirmations, and high-quality service.
  • Support direct travelers, co-branded partners, and travel agents across the UK and EU.
  • Manage multiple priorities and respond to leads via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Ensure every itinerary is booked accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Similar experience in the travel industry, or within sales/customer service roles.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Passion for travel and strong knowledge of Intrepid’s products and destinations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.

Location and Training

Based in London; hybrid work arrangement with in-office requirement of 2 days per week. Four-week initial training programme is office-based full time.
