In this role,you’lldesign and sell bespoke itineraries that reflectIntrepid’scommitment to Sustainable, Experience-Rich Travel.
You’llwork closely with our DMC partners, suppliers, and travel agent partners to ensure competitive pricing,timelyconfirmations, and high-quality service standards.You’llsupport direct travelers, co-branded partners, and travel agents across the UK and EU, helping create journeys that truly stand out.
This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone with a strong background in travel sales or customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creatingpersonalised, memorable experiences.You’llbe confident juggling multiple priorities, responding to leads across phone, email, and live chat, and ensuring every itinerary is booked accurately and efficiently.
This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role, based in London, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days per week. During the initial four-week training programme, you will be office-based full time to benefit from classroom-style learning and peer shadowing. The salary for this position will be £34,358 plus commission earnings, and a fantastic benefits scheme!
Some of the experienceyou’llbring with you may include:
Similar experience in the travel industry, or within sales/customer service roles.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Passion for travel and strong knowledge of Intrepid’s products and destinations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
