We’re looking for a Senior People Partner, EMEA to lead the delivery of Intrepid’s global people strategy across our Sales and Operations teams in the region, including any affiliated businesses we bring into the EMEA network. This role is responsible for implementing people strategy, processes and core HR activities across multiple countries. A key focus is coaching and guiding senior leaders and local People Partners on operational HR - ensuring managers have the tools, systems and confidence to get the best from their teams.

You’ll provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and induction, learning and development, performance reviews, remuneration and incentive plans, goal setting, employee engagement, retention, termination and employment law compliance. Working closely with the General Manager People, EMEA and Regional General Managers, you’ll support the delivery of people plans that enable long‑term growth across the region. You’ll also lead and coach the EMEA People Partner community, with dotted‑line responsibility across the region.

As a senior member of the Global People team, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of global HR projects, mentoring other People Partners and helping embed consistent, high‑quality people practices across the business.

Experience and Qualifications
  • 7+ years’ experience in human resources, ideally in a multi‑country environment
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, labour markets and wage regulations across jurisdictions
  • Experience implementing people strategy and core HR processes at scale
  • Proven experience coaching senior managers on operational and people matters
  • Experience leading or mentoring HR / People Partners
  • Strong working knowledge of contemporary HR practices and methodologies

Please note: Candidates will only be considered if based in/around London (UK) or Marrakesh (Morocco) and can commit to a hybrid set up of 3-day a week office visits.
