What you need to know
- You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and sourcing through to phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, offer management + more.
- As you'll be partnering with hiring managers across multiple regions flexibility in your working hours will be needed to support initial training, meetings and recruitment across different time zones.
- This full-time, 12-month parental leave cover position follows a hybrid working pattern, with a three day commitment in office after your initial training period.
The role is primarily based in our London office, with a salary of £40,000-£42,000 GBP depending on your level of experience.
We're also open to candidates based in Toronto who can flex their working hours to support EMEA time zones, with a salary of CAD $68,000-$72,000 depending on your level of experience.
Some of the experience you'll bring with you should include
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, with excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build great relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A solution-focused mindset, strong initiative and the confidence to work independently.
