We are now looking for a leader to expand and elevate our Tailor-Made business to unlock new opportunities. As General Manager of Tailor-Made you’ll lead the strategy, growth, and innovation and partner with the technology team to identify and design the technology solution to scale our tailor-made business. This is a rare opportunity to step into an entrepreneurial leadership role within a global brand - one where you can shape a long-term vision, build a scalable business model, and deliver outstanding customer and commercial outcomes, all while staying true to Intrepid’s values and purpose-driven DNA.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Melbourne or London, on a hybrid basis and will require some travel to our regional and global destinations (-10%).
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- 10+ years of experience in the travel industry, with proven commercial leadership
- Strategic leadership experience in FIT, bespoke, premium, or private travel models
- A strong track record in scaling new business and launching into new global markets
- A creative, ambitious, and innovative mindset, paired with a sharp commercial and operational focus - you bring big ideas and the drive to deliver them
- The ability to zoom out to define the vision and strategy, and zoom in to be hands-on in making it happen
