We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our growing team. This is a mid-level position, ideal for someone with around 3 years’ experience, particularly within healthcare compliance.
The role will focus primarily on ensuring candidates and clients meet all regulatory and internal compliance standards, with an additional element of booking coordination to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain compliance processes for candidates and clients
- Ensure all documentation meets industry regulations, with a strong focus on healthcare compliance standards and logistics compliance standards
- Conduct background checks, right-to-work verification, and certification validation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems
- Liaise with candidates to obtain and chase outstanding compliance documentation
- Support audits and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
- Assist with booking coordination, including scheduling candidates into shifts where required
- Work closely with account managers to ensure compliance is completed efficiently and on time
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a compliance role
- Strong experience within healthcare compliance (essential)
- Understanding of compliance processes within recruitment or staffing environments
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems
- Experience within logistics or industrial recruitment compliance (not essential – training provided)
- Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements within healthcare staffing
