We are a small, close-knit team working in a busy yet relaxed environment, and we’re looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join us. You’ll need a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay organised while delivering excellent customer service with professionalism and a good sense of humour.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company database.
- Communicate with customers daily via telephone and email, providing updates and support.
- Handle customer queries or complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Use Microsoft Teams to communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Liaise closely with the production team to schedule work and ensure orders are processed within the needed timeframe.
- Strong written English skills, with the ability to compose clear, professional customer emails independently from brief notes.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively while managing multiple email accounts.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams for day-to-day communication and administration.
- Experience with Xero accounting software and Smartsheet systems is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided.
