Intrepid Global is recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives with LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) experience to join a busy and well-established distribution centre in Hemel Hempstead. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing full-time night shifts, offering competitive pay, consistent hours and the chance to work within a fast-paced warehouse environment as part of a supportive team.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, prepared efficiently and dispatched on time. Working within a busy distribution operation, you will help maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP).
  • Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners or voice-picking technology.
  • Load and unload deliveries where required.
  • Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring orders are completed accurately.
  • Carry out general warehouse duties to support the operation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
  • Work to productivity and accuracy targets while following company procedures.
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and warehouse best practices.

  • Previous warehouse experience within a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Proven experience operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP).
  • Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • The ability to work efficiently to productivity targets.
  • A reliable, punctual and hard-working approach.
  • A good level of physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling throughout your shift.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
