Overview Intrepid Global are seeking reliable and skilled Bus Drivers to join our team working in Potters Bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and customer service, ensuring that passengers are transported efficiently and comfortably. This role requires excellent communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude while driving. Duties * Safely operate a bus, ensuring the safe transport of passengers to their destinations. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. * Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that occur during transit. * Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes and schedules. * Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from the bus, particularly those with disabilities or special needs. * Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving, prioritising safety at all times. Qualifications * Valid commercial driving licence PCV And CPC. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations while providing exceptional customer service. * A clean driving record with no major violations is preferred. (no more than 6points) * must have transportation or be local to the surrounding areas of potters bar.
